Cooking instructions

Thaw the contents properly. Once thawed, unpack and re-mix contents for a better and balanced marinade. Now, grill it for 8 to 10 minutes at the temperature of 180°C. Or pre-heat shallow frying pan and fry Boti Kebab for 4-5 min. on low flame. (Add 1Table Spoon water to prevent scorching.) Or microwave for 3-3.5 minutes (250 gm). (Be cautious that over timing in microwave may dry and harden the product.)

Storage Instructions

Store in a freezer compartment at –18°C or below. Best before 90 days from packaging when stored frozen At –18°C.
